Build My Future Event Management
Partnered with the Des Moines Home Builders Association and Iowa Skilled Trades to support the inaugural Build My Future event in Des Moines, an interactive experience introducing participants to career opportunities in the skilled trades. Coordinated delivery and setup of a hands-on roofing display and secured a materials donation from GAF. Attendees worked alongside HSI’s roofing project manager to learn proper asphalt shingle installation and experience the tools and techniques used in the field. The event provided an opportunity to build brand awareness, connect with students, and encourage future internship and employment opportunities with Home Solutions of Iowa.
